About The Position
A Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to Residents in their Community’s dining areas, and for cleaning and disinfecting tasks in dining and kitchen areas. This role offers the flexibility of working three 12-hour shifts per week while still qualifying for full-time benefits. It provides premium pay rates, with full-time compensation available for candidates seeking full-time status, aiming to maximize both earnings and work-life balance.
Requirements
- have general knowledge of: (i) sanitation guidelines and governmental regulations applicable to food handling and storage
- have general knowledge of: (ii) kitchen safety protocol

- 1 year of kitchen/server experience
Responsibilities
- accurately takes and relays beverage and meal orders
- adds appropriate garnishes to food and beverages prior to serving
- must be prepared to work in any area of the Dining Services Department
- must display a positive demeanor and cheerful disposition to Community Residents and visitors at all times
- performs other duties as assigned by the Server Team Leader or Director of Dining Services
