About The Position

The Server at The Orion Amphitheater provides attentive, high-quality beverage service directly to guests in their seats during concerts and events. This role ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience by taking orders accurately, delivering items promptly, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards. Servers are expected to be knowledgeable about menu offerings, follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, and handle transactions efficiently.

Requirements

Ability to read and communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
Must be able to climb stairs while holding a tray
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
Must be efficient and accurate with point of sale systems
Must maintain a professional approach to their job and guest service at all times

Nice To Haves

Two years of hospitality experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests throughout events
Accurately take and deliver beverage orders to guests in their seats
Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered according to venue standards for quality and presentation
Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and venue policies
Adhere to all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Manage transactions accurately and handle payments responsibly
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
Support team members and maintain clear communication with bartenders
Uphold The Orion’s guest service philosophy by ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience
Perform additional support tasks as requested by supervisors or management
