Essential duties and responsibilities: Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served. Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service. Serve the standard menu. Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy. Clean the table & section when dinner service is complete.
