• Good with math - you must be able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests by greeting them as soon as they arrive at their tables, obtaining food and drink orders, and communicating those to bar and kitchen staff.
• Become a menu expert - Answer questions, provide suggestions, etc.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meals by checking on them at the appropriate intervals. Take action to correct any problems that may arise.
• Prepare checks, collect payments, and provide change, if needed.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary.
• Required to obtain TABC within the first 30 days of employment; assistance in obtaining and reimbursement of cost after 90 days of employment available
