Food Handler Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Offer expertise in menu and food/beverage recommendations.
Explain chef specialties, identify appropriate wines, and answer food preparation inquiries.
Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, track dietary needs and special requests.
Showing attentiveness to the guest table by delivering and removing dishes, refilling glasses, and fulfilling guest requests.
Create checks, accept payments, and deliver bills with change or credit card.
