What You Will Do: Greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and provide prompt, courteous table service throughout their visit. Handle phone orders, schedule reservations, and coordinate amenity deliveries with the kitchen. Process guest payments, reconcile receipts, and report tips for tax purposes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and assigned sections. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies while assisting with guest issues as needed.
