In this role, you will create polished and memorable guest experiences by guiding guests through the menu, recommending wine and beverage pairings, and delivering attentive, professional service. This role requires open availability, and weekend availability is required, as weekends are a major part of the business and critical to success in this position.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a polished, full service dining environment
• Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits with confidence making recommendations
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence with guests and teammates
• Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to teamwork
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, polished service that reflects Noble Food and Pursuits standards
• Guide guests through the menu with strong knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and pairings
• Recommend wines, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the dining experience
• Accurately take and deliver orders while maintaining pacing and guest satisfaction
• Maintain your section throughout service and assist with opening and closing duties
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the dining room
• Support teammates and complete tasks assigned by management to help create a seamless guest experience
