About The Position

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Midlothian, VA, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Your attention to detail and compassionate service will ensure that our residents receive nutritious, delicious meals while dining in a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• A team player who enjoys working with seniors!
• Patient, friendly, and service-oriented
• Dependable and well-groomed, following dress requirements
• Eager to learn and able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Minimum age of 16

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or food service is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly as they enter the dining room
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area
• Assist with food preparation, plating, covering, and labeling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Wash dishes, load/unload dishwashers, and store dishes properly
