About The Position

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR SERVER:

Greet guests at their tables, keeping them comfortable
Provide efficient service by guiding guests through menus, suggestively
selling drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts
Bringing food and drinks to tables, and pre-bussing in a timely manner
Act as guests cashier processing credit cards and/or making change
Communicate with supervisors and peers
Any other duties as requested by management

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR SERVER: Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and
fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude
when working with peers; food and wine knowledge.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Oklahoma liquor license required.
Knowledge of employment procedures.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions
of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping,
kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking,
hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Heavy Work: Lifting up to 10 lbs frequently, 35 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment: Occasional exposure to cold, heat, water.
