Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals with warmth, patience, and professionalism
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals
• Take meal orders accurately and assist residents as needed
• Ensure dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming
• Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety guidelines
• Assist kitchen and dining team members to ensure smooth meal service
• Create a pleasant dining experience that feels like home
