Position Expectations: Exceptional communication skills; engaging with internal and external guests Working on a ‘Toast Goes’ handheld to take and input orders Knowledge of the menu and an ability to make recommendations and upsell Ensure guests are enjoying the service and the ability to take action to correct any problems as needed Collect and process payments Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Work through complaints or problems with a positive attitude Proper attention to cleanliness and safety Additional duties as assigned
