Compensation: Full-time or Part-time Hourly, Depending upon experience (Non-tipping Club) Schedule: The schedule will fluctuate Lunch and Dinner shifts, weekends and holidays are necessary Location: Broken Sound Club - 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496 Position Summary: Distributes menus, takes member/guest orders, ring order into kitchen, serve meals, checks on member satisfaction with meals. Opening and setting up of Restaurant stations. Checks with host(ess for nightly team line-up and tables sets, private parties, special arrangements. Reviews specials and has ability to sell special in detail. Checks with Kitchen/Bar for 86’d items, entrees, and desserts. Attend daily pre-shift meeting. Presents menu, answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food, wine, and service. Takes member/guest order. Rings order to kitchen. Serves food & beverage orders from kitchen and service bars. Coordinates timing of courses throughout the dining experience. Observe members to anticipate needs & respond to any additional requests. Manicures table throughout the dinner. Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services as determined by the establishment’s size and practices. Assists any other associates in his/her duties including setting tables, pouring coffee, (etc) when needed. Closes stations, assists & coordinates side work of bus persons and servers. Takes direction from Captains and Management.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
Excellent communication skills are necessary

Nice To Haves

Fine Dining/catering/ Restaurant Serving experience preferred
