Responsibilities
- Setting up, stocking, and maintaining all food and beverage department work areas
- Prepare and replenish meals for the food displays
- Order, receive, and stock food and beverage items
- Stay aware of guest food allergies, dietary needs, and special requests
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all kitchenware and dining area
- Perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs
