About The Position

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join their team as a Server. The primary responsibilities include providing an enjoyable experience for every guest, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages, all while creating a memorable experience for guests.

Requirements

• Welcoming and guest service driven
• Must meet the required age for your state
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary, and responding to Guest needs promptly
