With wages starting at $15.50/hour, Servers at Oaknoll do more than wait tables and serve our residents. Our Servers CREATE home for our residents, building lasting relationships with them and staff members. Oaknoll is seeking full-time Servers to join our Dining Services for our dining venues serving independent living at our main campus! Duties will including greeting residents as they enter, being familiar with our menus and confident in taking orders and making recommendations. Available shifts include our dinner shift, 11:00am to close (typically 7:30pm), and shifts working a bar, 3:00pm to close (typically 8:30pm). Some weekends and holidays will be required. Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply; at least 18 years old to work the bar.
  • Must display effective communication skills, using good judgement and emotional maturity in all communications.
