What You’ll Do: Deliver Excellence: Provide impeccable table service with a friendly, engaging attitude that makes every guest feel welcomed and valued. Anticipate Needs: Ensure guest satisfaction by attentively responding to their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining a polished dining atmosphere. Team Player: Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service. Stay Organized: Manage orders efficiently, handle payments accurately, and maintain cleanliness in your workspace. What We’re Looking For: Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to provide memorable guest experiences. Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-Driven: A proactive approach to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in service. Professional: Excellent communication skills and a polished presentation. Previous serving experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train those eager to learn! Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $7.50/hour + service charge (average weekly service charge: $500 for full-time).
