About The Position

At Spectrum Retirement Communities, the Server helps create an incredible dining experience, builds relationships with residents, and consistently delivers the service guests would expect in their favorite restaurant. The role involves directing residents to their tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, communicating specific resident orders utilizing a state-of-the-art point of sale system, and completing all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.

Requirements

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Strong customer service presentation
