As a Server in our community restaurant, YOU… help create an incredible dining experience; build relationships with residents; and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with YOU! Bring meals over to our Memory Care building. Set up hot/cold food line. Plate all Memory Care meals while maintaining portion control. Track/manage food temperatures and dish machine temperatures. Maintain stock of items in the Memory Care kitchen including food, drinks, supplies, and cleaning chemicals. Manage Food Safety within the kitchen (labels/dates, safe food and/or chemical storage, rotating stock, proper serving temperatures.) Wash dishes in the dish machine. Maintain organization/cleanliness.
Requirements
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
- 1 year food service experience (required)
- If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
- Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
- It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year senior living/healthcare experience (preferred)
