About The Position

City Brew Hall is looking for an experienced server or bartender to join our front-of-house team. We’re a busy, community-driven restaurant and bar with a lively atmosphere, great regulars, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent, year-round work—especially someone planning to stay with us through the summer (not a short-term or college schedule). If you’re hospitality-driven, reliable, and bring good energy to every shift, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident with guests
• Hospitality-minded and genuinely enjoy serving people
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stay organized during busy services
• Experience serving and/or bartending preferred
• Comfortable with POS systems (we’ll train if needed)
• A team player who understands that great service is a group effort
• Looking for a longer-term position, including summer availability

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and confidence
• Take food and drink orders and make thoughtful recommendations
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• For bartenders: craft drinks, manage bar flow, and engage guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section or bar
• Create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
• Work closely with your team to keep service smooth and positive
