About The Position
Hours: The scheduled hours depend on the show schedule but will always include afternoons and evenings. We are seeking individuals with open availability on the days they can work. Essential duties and responsibilities: Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served. Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service. Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy. Clean table & section when dinner service is complete. Previous entertainment or high-volume serving experience preferred Must be able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, use stairs and walk for extended periods and carry trays Team-oriented with a positive attitude Qualification Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit. Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands: Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing. Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
