The Server position involves providing attentive service to all Smith guests throughout their meal, creating a welcoming environment, and striving to accommodate all requests.

Responsibilities

Serve all Smith guests by being attentive through the entire length of their meal
Create a welcoming environment for guests
Always try to find a way to accommodate a request
Guide guests through their experience by offering specials, recommending cocktails, and providing suggestions
Pay special attention to all dietary restrictions by informing the kitchen
Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every meal and every moment exceeds expectations
Take orders from guests and input them into the point of sale
List ingredients or common allergens for guests from memory
