About The Position

We’re not a typical restaurant—we create experiences. We’re hiring Servers who can also step behind the bar when needed , supporting both food and beverage service while delivering an elevated guest experience from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, interactive environment where your energy, awareness, and attention to detail directly impact the guest experience.

Requirements

1+ year of serving or hospitality experience preferred
Comfortable working in both service and bar-support roles
High energy, outgoing, and guest-focused
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Team-first mentality and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Availability for nights, weekends, and peak hours
Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Nice To Haves

Bartending experience or interest in learning
Alcohol certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, etc.)
Experience in sports bars, entertainment venues, or high-volume restaurants

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional table service with a focus on hospitality and guest engagement
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
Provide menu recommendations and enhance the guest experience
Support bar operations including pouring beer, wine, and assisting with cocktails
Guide guests through the X-Golf experience and overall environment
Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with overall FOH flow
Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
