About The Position

Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living is hiring 10 Servers for an entry-level position. This role offers valuable experience with flexible after-school and weekend hours, and no late nights, aiming to develop skills for future success. Avery Point is a 94-acre continuing care retirement community located in Short Pump, Virginia, and is part of Erickson Senior Living, a national network of communities. Requirements

• Be 18+ years old
• No experience required!
• Have good communication skills.
• Have a friendly and energetic attitude.
• Have weekday and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
