About The Position

Server Marbled & Fin (Savannah, GA) Join Our Growing, Hospitality-Driven Team! Marbled & Fin is seeking confident, engaging, and knowledgeable Servers to join our team! About Us: Marbled & Fin is expanding from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection. Who We're Looking For: Were seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Server to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Requirements

Experienced in a fine dining environment (minimum 2+ year preferred)
An exemplary understanding of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
Comfortable navigating an extensive wine and spirits list.
Those who are detail-oriented, clean, working proactively with a sense of urgency while possessing excellent communication skills and professionalism.
Must have a passion for hospitality and a desire to facilitate memorable experiences for our guests.
Someone confident, engaging, and enjoys sharing their knowledge of food and beverage with others.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
