The Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience through attentive, efficient, and personalized service at our off-site restaurant. This role is accountable for guest satisfaction, accuracy of orders, and adherence to service standards. Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in upscale or high-volume environment
- Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards preferred
- Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow all alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow
- Participating in side work, opening, and closing duties
- Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
