About The Position

As a Server, you will provide friendly, attentive service in our restaurant or bar, ensuring each guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and delicious experience. From menu knowledge to table-side service, you’ll be a key part of the guest’s overall resort experience.

Requirements

Prior experience as a restaurant server or in a guest-facing food & beverage role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol (age and certification, if applicable).

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Clear and reset tables in a timely and organized manner.
Handle payments accurately and provide receipts/change as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of dining areas as needed.
