An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and creative Server to join a prestigious and private members' club located in Washington, DC servicing UHNW clientele. The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished membership. This role is integral to the food and beverage team, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary offerings and contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience. Position Overview Servers provide white-glove service ensuring each member’s experience is personalized and seamless. They are intuitive, discreet, and attentive to every detail of the dining journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of service experience in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a composed demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a sophisticated dining experience, anticipating member needs with polish and professionalism.
- Clearly communicate menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation, and wine pairings.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with tact and care.
- Maintain tables and dining areas to club standards.
