About The Position
City Brew Hall is looking for an experienced server or bartender to join our front-of-house team. We’re a busy, community-driven restaurant and bar with a lively atmosphere, great regulars, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent, year-round work —especially someone planning to stay with us through the summer (not a short-term or college schedule). If you’re hospitality-driven, reliable, and bring good energy to every shift, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence
- Take food and drink orders and make thoughtful recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- For bartenders: craft drinks, manage bar flow, and engage guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section or bar
- Create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
- Work closely with your team to keep service smooth and positive
