Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent serving experience and at least 2 years in customer service, with the ability to work comfortably outdoors at the poolside outlet. Shift Pattern: Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required. What will I be doing? As a Poolside Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Requirements

minimum of 1 year of recent serving experience
at least 2 years in customer service
ability to work comfortably outdoors at the poolside outlet
Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.
