About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and customer oriented individual to join our team as a Server The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing energetic and enthusiastic food and beverage service Responsibilities Anticipate the individual needs of the guests and provide tailored recommendations Record input and close guests orders while maintaining a high attention to detail Retain comprehensive up to date menu knowledge Ensure guest satisfaction and retention Adhere to food and beverage timing and safety standards Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service Demonstrate a commitment to the preservation of The Breakers culture and executing the highest standards of service
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry required
- Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service
- Availability to work weekends holidays and evenings as needed
