Requirements

Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month, with some Saturday shifts starting at 7:30 am

Responsibilities

Properly and professionally take guest’s orders, with suggestive selling
Maintain a working knowledge of the POS system
Expedite food when required
Follow the steps of service
Fully knowledgeable of all cooking techniques and products offered at the Kling House
Clear, clean, and reset tables
Maintain a clean and pressed uniform as dictated by management
Provide and maintain a daily “server bank”
Settle guest checks
Side work and cleaning.
Assist guests needing directions to Village Shops and local attractions
Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
Adhere to the restaurant’s sanitation and safety standards
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
