About The Position

Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for. Be well-versed in all areas of our food, beverages, and steps of service to confidently make recommendations and answer questions. Use our Toast point-of-sale system efficiently to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy. You're detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, including assisting in other areas as needed. Address guest feedback with a positive attitude, working to turn challenges into opportunities for exceptional service. Adhere to our employee code of conduct to support a safe, positive, and respectful work environment.
