About The Position

As a Server, you’ll make our customer’s meal memorable whether they’re celebrating a life milestone or craving the best pizza in town (maybe both). You’ll roll up your sleeves and help out wherever you can, whether the machines are down or the drink needs a refill. We’re all working toward one goal: making sure our customers can’t wait to come back. To be a great server at Rosati’s, you have to love the rush, work through the downtime, and stay calm when things go wrong.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Passion for providing hospitality to guest and coworkers
Enjoy working in a fast paced team environment
Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of shift
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Responsibilities

Start with side work. What needs to be done? You’ll do that to make sure your shift runs smoothly
Serving customers and having fun while you’re at it, whether it’s taking orders, cashing out checks, or whatever else they need
Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
