About The Position

Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Server to join the Food and Beverage Team at our restaurant, Brassica , at this gorgeous Atlanta property! Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has over 200 rooms ( 127 guest rooms plus residences ), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining. Brassica is a timeless dining destination that fuses the richness and long history of French Brasserie fare with Southern influences. The 3-meal restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients capturing hotel guests, Buckhead residents and visitors. The Bar focuses on an innovative beverage program with a small bites menu.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
