About The Position
The Elwood Bar & Grill is looking to hire for our 2025 season! We are hiring Servers & Food Runners. We will be open for all Tigers Games, Special Events at Both Comerica Park and Ford Field and Lions Games. Candidates MUST be able to work a flex schedule that mirrors events at Comerica Park and Ford Field - evenings, weekends, day shifts, and holidays are required. This is a part time position, and the schedule will most closely align with baseball games, with a "week on, week off" schedule.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is required (2 + years), preferably in a high-volume setting (2 + years)
- POS proficiency (MICROS experience preferred) for Server positions
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service
Responsibilities
- Ensure health and safety standards
- Provide patrons with prompt and friendly service
- Adherence to procedures and policies (pre-shift, during shift, and post-shift)
