About The Position

In the Server role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area. At the core of our front-of-house team, servers have the guest's interest as the utmost priority. We don’t have customers, we have Guests. Requirements

Hospitable
Has server experience in full service restaurants preferred (1-3 years, but willing to train the right candidate)
Has flexible schedule to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to stand for 5 to 7 hours
Ability to lift and move 20 to 30 pounds
Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
Eager to learn and grow

Responsibilities

Present menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service
Record orders in POS System
Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen/service bars
Observe guest and respond to any additional requests
Total bills and accept payments
Always maintain composure and hospitality nature with guests and other staff
