Requirements
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, island-style greeting and positive energy
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and responding to needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold Margaritaville’s fun, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere
