Requirements
- Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members.
- Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.
- Use hands and arms to carry trays, plates, and drinks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up banquet and event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, following established service guidelines.
- Interact with guests to fulfill their requests, provide information about menu items, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bartending staff to ensure that food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils during and after events, maintaining a clean and organized banquet area.
- Assist in breaking down banquet setups and returning event spaces to their original condition.
