About The Position

This position is for a Guest Service Expert who is responsible for creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests. This involves more than just serving food and drinks; it's about delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. Key aspects include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas and supplies. Success in this role also requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The role is physically demanding, requiring standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving over various surfaces, managing menus, and performing tasks that involve moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs without assistance, 50 lbs with assistance), carrying, pushing, pulling, placing objects, and reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, and stooping. Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
  • Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to read and visually verify information
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification
