As a Server, you will deliver elevated, personalized service in a relaxed yet refined open-air beachfront setting. This role requires energy, poise, and a passion for hospitality while creating unforgettable experiences for our club members and guests. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all members and guests
- Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality standards are met
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, food runners, and culinary team
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and resort standards
