About The Position
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach repeatedly
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with menu recommendations and special requests
- Keep tables clean and tidy throughout the guests' visit
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
