About The Position

The Waterfront NYC is looking for servers who can work in a fast paced and team friendly environment. Servers must be able to handle taking food/drink orders of tables of any size at any given time. Proper food and drink serving etiquette is required, as is knowledge of pivot-point seating. A working knowledge of beer and wine is required. TIPS certification is a must but will be provided if necessary. At The Waterfront NYC, we strive to give our customers outstanding service, going above and beyond the call of duty.

Requirements

Have working knowledge of POS systems
Able to comply with all food safety procedures (Food Handlers Certificate is a plus)
Ability to stay calm under pressure
A great attitude
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Amazing interpersonal skills
Ability to solve customer complaints

Food Handlers Certificate is a plus
