Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a server in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant
Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
Reliable, punctual, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-energy setting
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure seamless communication with the kitchen and bar teams
Deliver food and drinks promptly, with precision and care for presentation and guest satisfaction
Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues professionally, and ensure each visit exceeds expectations
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to a smooth, positive shift
Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth operations during high-volume service
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and pride in continuous improvement
