About The Position
Servers are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to delicious food, spectacular service and quenching bevs. Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing superior communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless and personable hospitality creates remarkable guest experiences. Candidates should be experts in the arena of food and beer service, be eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable. The Post is a gathering place for the community, born from a love of fried chicken and a thirst for great beers.
