Requirements

  • Prior serving or waitstaff experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • You're flexible, compassionate, and someone others can count on.
  • You care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
  • Good communication skills with both coworkers and residents.
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus — but if you're eager to learn and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Take care of residents’ meal requests during mealtimes, making sure they have what they need.
  • Set up the dining room before meals and help clean up afterward.
  • Keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked and ready for residents.
  • Make sure there are always enough clean utensils, cups, and glasses available.
  • Pitch in with any other tasks as needed to help the team and support our residents.
