About The Position

Seeking high energy individuals with a can-do and flexible attitude ready to join in on our fast paced, high volume seasons. Applicants need to work well with others, offer team support and keep a positive and fun attitude going throughout the busy day. Servers work at all BMR Food & Beverage Outlets based on business need.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20lbs
• Must be able to stand for duration of 8+ hour shift
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Typical shift is 10AM-6PM

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Money handling
• Operate Point of Sale
• Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting menu items; explaining the lunch specials and answering food preparation questions
• Strong customer service skills
• Complete open and closing duties
• General cleanliness of restaurant area
