About The Position

This position is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, not just serving food. Guest Service Experts are expected to take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. This includes tasks such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies, all while making transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Success in this role also requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Service Experts must be prepared for physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating various surfaces, managing menu information, and performing hands-on tasks involving lifting and movement.

Requirements

  • Create a safe workplace

  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • Read and visually verify information (managing the menu)
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds with assistance
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification
