We are a high-volume restaurant, so the ability to stay calm, collected, and positive while managing a 5–7 table section is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ serving experience required.
• Open weekend availability: Friday–Sunday, plus 2–3 weekday shifts.
• Friendly, professional, and able to maintain composure during high-volume service.
• Current Food Handler’s Card
• AZ Alcohol Certification
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and extraordinary service to every guest.
• Maintain a sense of urgency while staying calm under pressure.
• Manage a 5–7 table section with consistency and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with the FOH and HOH teams.
• Uphold Spinato’s hospitality standards and core values at all times.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed quickly and with kindness.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
