About The Position
Do you enjoy helping others and being part of a welcoming, team-focused environment? Windsor Manor in Webster City is seeking a Full-Time Server to join our dining team and help create positive, meaningful mealtime experiences for our residents. This position is a great fit for someone dependable, friendly, and eager to learn. No prior experience is required — we provide training. Experience with dietary needs is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents with kindness, patience, and professionalism

- Support residents’ dietary needs as directed
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment
