This individual’s expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu. It dives deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. Requirements
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to carry food and drink trays
Responsibilities
- Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
- Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
- Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
